I did a test run of the migration on a local copy of my site and many of the custom fields I have in Community Builder did not migrate to EasySocial. On fist glance it appears to be fields that have a cb_ prefix (cb_address, cb_mailaddress etc). Please advise.
Hello Christy,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. Are these custom type of fields that is not part of Community Builder?

EasySocial is currently able to only migrate fields that are available in CB. If you have installed a custom field type, it doesn't migrate them.

Having said the above, we will still try to see if we can help you migrate them manually. Is it possible for you to provide us with the following access:

1. Site access
2. FTP access
3. PHPMyadmin access

There are some custom fields as well as fields installed initially by Community Builder. This is a local test so there is no ftp access etc but I will load it on a server and provide details to that within a few days.

Hello Christy,

Great, if you could do that it'll be easier for us as we will be able to analyze the table

I resolved this. I created a new tab in Community Builder and moved the fields that were not transferring over to the new tab and they imported fine after that.
