Hi,

I just migrate a site from community builder to Easysocial.

The informations seems to be transfered but when i try to make a link (on frontend) to Easysocial's profile or community it is always lead to Community builder one.

Should i remove totally community builder to be able to have link to Easysocial profiles on front end?

Thank you for your answer.

Regards
Hey there,

I am not sure what do you mean there. Do you mean that when someone clicks on the EasySocial profile link, it will redirect to Community Builder?

If no, can you explain more about it so that we can have a better check of it?

Hi,

Thank you for your naswer.

The problem is i have made the pigration from community builder to easysocial.

In backend i can see it works as i get the informations but when i add the link to easysocial profile or communiity on my front end menu, it leads to community builder content when i click on easysoicial.

For example a "profile" button that is suppose to lead to easysocial's profile, when a user clik on it it leads to community builder's profile.

This is why i asked if i had to remove totally community builder in order to make easysocial works after a migration.

Regards,
Nadine

Can you have a look on my video whether I got replicate it correctly or not? I just tested on your profile links and it seems redirecting me correctly. https://take.ms/UbLaN

I suspect one of the system plugins of the Community Builder kept redirecting it. Can you try to disable all the plugins that is related to Community Builder AND disable this Community Builder component on the backend and see how it goes?

Hey there,

May I know are you referring to http://vege-test.fr/? If yes, I can't access your site and can you provide us with your site and FTP access as well.

If no, you can consider upgrading your license to the EasySocial Developer version or purchase an additional EasySocial subscription for it.

Thanks for your understanding.

You can try on what I mentioned above and see how it goes.
