Community Builder Integration

Hi there

Our members are receiving this message (only periodically) when they try and make changes to their user profiles:
{"status":200,"data":[],"rmax":"5"}.

It appears to be the echoing JSON. Given the timing I suspect it may be caused by an issue with the integration between Community Builder and possibly EasyBlog or EasyDiscuss.

Have you had this issue before? If so, do you know what may be causing this and how I may go about fixing it? Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi Shaun,

We don't get many reports from users with Community Builder but we can investigate this and see whether this is coming from EasyDiscuss.

Can you provide us your backend, ftp access of the site at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site and some screenshots of the error?

Hey Shaun,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have checked your site and it isn't an issue with EasyDiscuss nor EasyBlog. I have disabled both extensions and when accessing http://puppygogo.com/index.php/view-user-profile it still renders the JSON data.

What I have noticed is in your screenshot, the URL is http://puppygogo.com/index.php/view-user-profile but on your actual site, the URL is just http://puppygogo.com/view-user-profile after logging in. I think this has something to do with SH404 and CB.
