unfortunately I got this problem before and we found a solution but it seems like there are still strange things happening. Sometimes, for no reason, comments collapse and extend. Though it is set to show 5 comments, sometimes there is just 1 comment shown and it is not even the most recent one. When extending the comments then, the comments are out of order as you can see if you check the 'comment time' of the last comments compared to the ones before.
The problem is, some users tend to use it like a small chat and therefor the collapsing and extending really stops the motivation because it scrolls the users anywhere when it happens.
