We haven't actually receive any complains about comments being slow but I would love to check this out for you.

Could you provide more information such as, is it only affecting certain streams? (Because it is possible that some streams are heavy with javascript and causes a delay in comments frame loading).

Also, please do provide us a site's access or test site for us to investigate this.

I disabled easy blog comments and the issue has gone, can I use Komento to replace easy blog and easy social comments??

That was strange, because it shouldn't be after you disabled the easyblog comment system then when you comment on Easysocial that time, the respond is getting faster? Or perhaps you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?
