Hi

I cannot get comments to show via Komento on my EasyBlog posts.

I believe that I have all the right integrations switched on.

The strange thing is that with Komento settings I cannot choose categories - when I choose Komento Assignment "On Selected Categories" - no categories can be chosen?

My website is link to a Easyblog post - http://www.ifootpath.com/walking-news/parkland-perfection-celebrating-300-years-of-capability-brown

Hi Richard,
It seems that there is no Komento Pro license associated with your account. Is there any mistake on our end? Perhaps you can provide us your order reference so that we can fix this up for you?

As a reminder, we only provide Komento support to users with a valid Komento Pro subscription. If you do not have a Komento Pro subscription, perhaps you can consider subscribing to one so we can assist you on any issues you encounter in the extension?

Would this not be supported under my EasyBlog subscription?

No comment system is available for Easyblog at the moment - even if I switch Komento off.

Hey Richard,
If the built-in EasyBlog comments is not showing, perhaps a certain configuration is causing this. Can you provide us your site's access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can check this out for you?

It's Ok I have found the problem. Comments are switched off in Easyblog on individual posts. Can I turn on for multiple posts all in one?

many thanks

Hey Richard,
My apologies. You can adjust the settings for individual posts in the composer. Otherwise, it will follow the global setting from EasyBlog.
