Hello,

I'm using the free version of Komento in a website that I'm actually developing. The website is divided into 7 parts. For each part, there is a blog with the Komento system. In the administration of the website, each blog is managed by a specific administrator. So we have 7 managers.

My question is : Is it possible with the free version that when someone post a comment, the moderation of this comment is manage only by the manager of the section where the comment was posted ? Is it possible that only the manager of the section receive the email which let him know that a comment was posted on the section that he manage ?

I hope that you will understand my request because it's not easy to explain it.

Thank you very much in advance.

Hello Herbiet,

Sorry for late reply to this,
You can set it from your backend > Komento > Integrate > Select your integrate component > Notifications tab > Recipients (You can set it from here)

If this instruction couldn't help much to you, could you mind provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? Please advise
