I think there may be a bug with easyblog 5.0.40.

The "comments" link under each post in the latest posts view (the view with a list of latest posts) does not include "#comments" in the href and as a result, the user is not taken straight to the comments section upon clicking on the link. They are instead directed to the top of the page for the post.

I am using the default theme. Nothing special.

I've manually edited the "components\com_easyblog\themes\wireframe\blogs\latest\default.main.php" file to include "#comments" in the comments link so it is working, but, if this is truly an easyblog bug, I would like easyblog to fix this so that I do not have to keep track of this change.

I've replicate this issue locally, seems like there is a bug regarding this. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developer will take an action for this. We will keep you update for this.
