Comments have disappeared

Hello,

Comments don't show anymore since this morning.
Very strange behaviour, because I didn't change anything in the backend, and the comments have stopped appearing this morning.
I had the same issue before your intervention last week. You have disactivated System - Skyline Simple Download plugin, which is still disactivated.
Tell me what are the changes which you make to fix the issue.

Are you still able to see the comments at the back end? Also, can you please provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site to check on this issue please?

The comments are still visible in the backend, but don't show in the frontend.

Now, when going to spams on backend, I get the following message

Fatal error: Class 'KomentoCommentHelper' not found in /home/gemms283/public_html/administrator/components/com_komento/includes/formatter/types/comment.php on line 111

Hm, I have not done anything on the site yet. Is this related to cache on the site? As for the errors, this is a known issue and we'll be pushing out 3.0.3 that addresses these issues.

Yes, can be a cache issue. Do you have any info of cache conflicts with Komento ?


As for the known issue, when will you release the fix ?
