You have to enable "Post Comments" at Backend>Components>EasyBlog>ACL>Guest>Comment as shown http://screencast.com/t/Mogv4zC2G. Hope this helps

Something is strange, your guest user group is looking for this "Öffentlich" , I already help you set this user group ACL to have permission to post comment, it should populate the comment form from your post entry page now.
