Hi,

We thoughts we had resolved the issue but we are again having the issue of posts in our groups being duplicated on every post on the page. We are also having posts disappear on the page when this happens.

Thanks

Mike

Hey Michael,

I have a little lost here, are you referring Easyblog or Easysocial?

Perhaps you can elaborate more details or step by step how to replicate this issue on your site? So I can directly look into this issue.

Hi,

Sorry we are referring to Easysocial.

We have just upgraded to E2.0

Since then if we comment or anyone comments on a post it duplicates on all posts that are displayed on that page at that precise time.

We think that this only happenens on posts where a user has uploaded a File.

We have also only tested this on the groups function so may be the same for other sections such as events and pages.

So if someone uploads a status with a file attached. Then someone else comments on that post, all other posts that have a file attached get the same comment on it.

Also we cannot like that post that contains a File. Nothing happens when you click on the Like.

For now we have disabled the File Application for groups.

Does that explain it better?

Hi there,

You are most welcome..

As a gentle reminder, kindly start a new thread if you have any other issue in the future so it will be easier for us to manage your inquiry. I will lock and mark this thread as resolved.
