comments do not show

On http://www.sitesuccess.nl/Blog/google-webmasters-tools-overzicht there shhould be 2 comments of Daniel Mulder. I approved those comments, but they do not show up. Please help.
On the same page I deleted my own comment ( Maurice Lehr, test), but it is still thre. Please help.

Hai Alex,

Now it is there, but believe me I wasn't there before. Great it is solved. Maybe the problem is the Supercacher at Siteground.

Another question: how/where can I anwer to this comment? I mean not as a guest, but as a owner of the blog? Somewhere in the backhand in EasyBlog?
