That string is no longer in used because in EasySocial 1.2 we no longer use that output.

If you are still on 1.1, you will have to add this string into the language file manually.

If a language file is updated, you can find the file in /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB/ . We always use the latest language for the English language. So to tranlsate it to Spanish, what you can do is to copy contents of the file /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_app_user_komento.ini
