Comments aren't working on Easyblog

Hello, I am not able to enable the built-in comments, or any comments it would seem in Easyblog. I set the options to ON yet nothing appears on the POST pages on the frontend. Can you please advise. Thank you.

Another issue is seen on this page as an example.

The title of the BLOG POST has a whitespace between the top of the title and the header above it. (picture attached. Space is highlighted in Yellow). Is there any way to remove this? I have tried everything and it seems like Easyblog is adding the space on it's own.

I also have a third question (sorry for all the questions). There is a Easyblog RSS feed, that serves the latest posts on the site (and also any featured Blog posts). Is there a way to get a feed for the individual categories, or is my only choice the Easyblog site wide RSS feed?

I've checked in your site, it seems like the comment form is appeared on this post http://www.slopeedge.ca/how-to-of-skiing/behind-the-scenes-inside-the-lifts-of-tremblant am i missing something here?
UPDATED : I've checked again, it seems like you have set this option to Allow Modification Of Comment Setting - NO, so it will disable that comment for every single post. I have help you enabled back that option, if you do not want user modify that option, you have to disable it from backend > Easyblog > ACL > select your user group > Change Comment Settings When Composing Blog Post - NO

By the way, you can apply this following css code in your current template css file, I've checked with your template css file, but I do not know which css file should be correct to add this custom code, remember after you apply the code then you need to clear your Joomla and browser cache and see this new custom css code is it loaded or not.

For some reason the comments on this post work now. However, if you go to other posts, some work and others do not display comments. I can't figure out why.

Like here for example.

Ideally I want everything to have comments enabled. But I can't find why some display and others do not.
