After updating to Joomla v3.2.0, I've noticed that the FB comments do not display at all, and the regular EB comments display but will not work when a user posts a comment. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Hello Elizabeth,

Thanks for contacting us. Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? Please advise.

I currently have disabled FB comments since the widget was not displaying. I had several issues with the EasyBlog comments making the call to the server but not resolving. After looking in the backend of Joomla and EasyBlog, I noticed that the comments actually did post to EasyBlog within Joomla, but it never indicated as such on the front-end to the user. All that was seen was the neverending preloader bars after comment submission.

Thanks for your help.

The Facebook comments are the ones that are not working at all. The widget will not display on the front end when enabled. Can you try them?

Thanks

Hello Elizabeth,

Sorry for the late reply as it's the weekends. Sorry for misunderstanding you. I tried to login to enable the Facebook comments so that I can test this but I am getting this

>>You are not authorised to view this resource.

Can you change the user group for the login to Super User? Please advice.

Thanks!

Hello Elizabeth,

Sorry for the late reply. Seems like there is some styling issues. I have added the codes
#eblog-wrapper div.fb-comments iframe {
width: 600px !important;
}

in your custom.css file of the template Hope this helps.

Thanks!
