Comments Allowed set to No by default in posts after upgrade - how can I change this?

All posts created by users after the upgrade to EasyBlog 5 have the Comments Allowed set to No by default. My users don't even know to look for that, so they all think comments are broken. How can I change this default? I have hunted everywhere in the settings, and I can't find this anywhere.

I've checked your site and also the ACL settings for your registered user and it seems like you have disabled the following options, http://screencast.com/t/aMjoZ265SUYr . When this option is disabled, by default the commenting for that post will also be disabled after the blog is published. Hope these help.
