1) Is it possible to give titles to the comments?

2) If so, will the title auto-save as the permalink?

3) If not, how does the user edit/set the permalink for the comment?

Hello Jeff,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Unfortunately right now there's no "title" options in Komento. The permalink is generated based on the comment's id
