Is there any way to have the "Leave Your Comment" block show "below" the previous submitted comments.

As it stands now, the add comment block has to be scrolled through before you get to the actual comments. It seems that the blog would be easier to read if the ordering was switched.

As a side question, is there anyway to add tools to the editor at the top? An "Align Center" would be a nice addition.
