Komento uses a ratings library to generate the star ratings. You can take a look at the following files,

/components/com_komento/themes/wireframe/ratings/form.php
/components/com_komento/themes/wireframe/ratings/form.js

Do you have any ideas why the comments are not loading in article layout when the article is accesed directly ?

Currently, it would be best if you can consult with your current template service provider regarding this and see how it goes as currently, when you viewing those article on pop-up view, those comment not shown but when i access them manually here https://www.all4tuning.ro/j-pages/90-blog/138-google-plans-first-expansion-of-same-day-delivery-service it does shown those comments

Currently, there are some issues where those wording will somehow still aligned ratings icons move to below once i done css codes below as it is because it width is a bit small to handle all those wording.

Maybe you can remove 'comment' and 'view' wording on your template override and see how it goes. Please give it a try and see how it goes.

You need to do some customization on your site to achieve this currently

I was testing the issue about the links of article that don't load in it the komento part ... it is because that links open article pages into an iframe pop-up ... can you advice about that ?! how can I make the komento part to be also loading in the articles even they are open into an iframe pop-up ? Unfortunately, we dont have the exact ideas how to shown those views currently as those sections are handle by your current template itself and based on what i have checked on that current page menu item, there are no settings to show comment as you can see here http://take.ms/yFbuo
