I've tested on your site, it seems like your server doing some redirection during the ajax call , you can check my attached screenshot below.

After I enabled this "Use index.php For Ajax Urls" from backend, it should work fine now, can you give it a check?

It depends if you have created any redirection rule on your htaccess or SEF extension. If you have created a redirection rule to redirect all requests to index.php, then this option should be enabled.
