Comment not working in group for some users

We are having issues that some members of a group can comment but others can't - they see the 'Comment' option but when they click on it, nothing happens.

You can see this on our test site for the group "FaeNet Stewards"

As far as I can see, both users should work fine as all the acl, groups etc seem to be the same.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Based on what i checked, it seems like this user `Cnayl` privacy only allow his friend can able to comment on his stream item, you can check my attached screenshot below.

User 1 was friend with him so this user 1 can able to comment on his stream.

By the way, it seems like that is bug, it shouldn't render the comment link on the stream, it make user 2 confused. I will lock this issue into our issue tracker.
