Since update to EB version 5.1.x the BBcode is missing from the comments form and the captcha rotator doesn't work.
Again, this is because of your overriden theme files. I have updated those theme files accordingly as per the ticket https://stackideas.com/forums/raiting-stars-is-missing-since-5-1-x and it works fine now.

Ideally, anything that has been overriden should be updated.
