Currently, it is impossible to do that.

But you can download the attached default.php file and paste it into template override location which is at JoomlaFolder/templates/yourCurrentTemplate/html/com_komento/structure/default.php so that it won't be overridden back to original after you update Komento to the next version.

For now, you just rename the default.php file to something else which is at template override location.

I changed the name (default-error.php); no problem.

but this is a live site. There is no possibility of testing.
