Comment failed to republish

In several profiles I do not allow this type of users to use the chat or comment, and therefore can not republish, but when you click on an image it shows a republish button and you can add a comment that should not be pass, where I can configure so that this type of users with these limitations of comments can not republish or comment when republishing please. thanks for your help

Actually that is repost feature from that photo instead of comment.

Once you reported this, it will generated a repost stream on the dashboard e.g. http://take.ms/FczYw

Do you mean you do not want user to use repost feature in your site?

It is correct, I do not want this to activate the function of republishing, because they can make comments when republishing and I do not want that. How can it be disabled? can you help me?

It seems like currently that is no setting to disabled this repost feature only specific in photo pop up.

But you can download my attached file and replace into your template override file location.
