Hi,

Where can I change the comment date on v3.1.3? I don't see it in the configuration and not in the code of the theme.

Thanks
Hey there,

You can check it out here as shown in the screenshot. https://take.ms/Piayq

If I understand you wrongly, can you explain more in details so that we can have a better understanding of it?

Hi,

Yes, but on my site (and also on the developed server) if I click on "Use Lapsed Time" nothing happen and no line of date is being displayed. See attachment.

Hey there,

Do you mean that when you disabled it, the date can't been shown as shown in the screenshot? https://take.ms/okyT4

Can you provide us with your developing site access and FTP access so that we can have a better check of it?

Hey there,

When I was trying to access your backend, it gave me this error as shown in the screenshot. https://take.ms/eDNeq

Also, when I was trying to access your SFTP, it will give me the following error:

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

For your information, we are from Malaysia and my IP address is 115.164.171.184.
