Hi, I have created a comment for one of my blog items and published the comment in the backend.

When you view the Blog (frontpage layout) the comment count for the post is not updated to be '1'. If you click through to view the full post then the comment is shown at the bottom of the post.

Why is the comment count in the Frontpage view not showing the updated counter?

The website is http://wavechiropractic.com.au/index.php/blog and the post with the comment is 'Healing Chicken Soup'.
The post full detail page with comment at the bottom is http://wavechiropractic.com.au/index.php/blog/healing
Hi Nocola,

Seems like you're using multiple commenting system where comment counter will not count the comments. As you disable the Facebook comment, it will shows the comments counter correctly

Thanks, I adjusted the settings and got the comment counter showing up.

Could you update the documentation to tell people what the required settings are, and if multiple commenting is set to yes and facebook comments are set to yes, then comment counter will not be updated? It would be helpful to know this, and it would save us having to ask you for help if it was included in the documentation.

Thanks.
