Comment Block Not Showing in Posts

Not sure what happened. The number of comments is showing, but the section to add or view comments is no longer there. Just a couple of days ago it was there. I disabled css and js consolidators, cleared the cache, tried different browsers, no solution. Thanks for your help once again.

The comment box is not displaying is because you did not turn on this option: http://screencast.com/t/K2YeL5n5 . I've turned it on and you can see the comment box. Hope this helps.
