Hi,
using J3.1.5 and installed com_komento_1.7.1_free_j3.0.zip
Info : Success : Installation Completed. Thank you for choosing Komento.

But there is an error message. What does it mean? Thx. for quick answer!

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/homepages/21/d496188468/htdocs/components/com_komento/komento_plugins/abstract.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php6') in /homepages/21/d496188468/htdocs/components/com_komento/helpers/helper.php on line 446
Hello Thomas,

It looks like some files are missing on your site. It's advisable that you try performing the installation of Komento again

I am experiencing the exact same issue. I installed com_komento_1.7.1_free_j3.0.zip. I'm running Joomla 3.1, or at least: I was. It brings down the entire site. So I'm struggling to bring it back up.

As a matter of fact, com_komento_1.7.1_free_j3.0.zip/site/komento_plugins only contains com_content.php and com_easyblog.php.

Uninstalling brings your site back, but does not solve the problem as well as it is not solved by reinstalling :-(

There isn't much uninstalling when the site is down. But I went into the database and disabled everything Komento for now.

I could login to the joomla-backend. So, I had no problem with uninstalling the component. Hope, you have an akeeba-backup ;-)

Hey guys,

It looks like the free version for 1.7.1 has some missing files To fix this, after installing Komento, download the attached files and upload it into /components/com_komento/komento_plugins/

I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused. 1.7.2 will address this issue

trying to install komento 1.7.2 over 1.6.3949 I got following message:
COM_INSTALLER_MSG_INSTALL_WARNINSTALLUPLOADERROR
Do I have to uninstall the old version first?
