I suggest you to reinstall back the easysocial but before proceeding with the reinstalling, please ensure that:

1. You make a backup of the site's database (For just in case purposes).
2. You make a backup of the modified files.
3. You make a backup of your theme files.

Hello Paul.

I already created a new user at your site. but I still can't replicate your issue. This issue occur when the user don't install the application. May i know, did you uninstall any apps in EasySocial settings?

I will say not but if the issue is about 1 app uninstall or corrupt, if I reinstall app's again the issue should be fixed, right?
