When looking at a user account in PayPlans from the administrator back-end, all of the user's plans are shown in the summary view. Plans are shown whether they are active, pending or expired.
This makes it difficult to see "at a glance" what their current subscription status actually is.

Is it not possible to "color-code" subscription status so that this information is easy to see?
Hello Marc,

We have already addressed this issue and logged in into our issue tracker.
We will include the fix in our upcoming release.

Thanks for understanding.

The new "fix" is unfortunately even less helpful.
Now there is just an indicator of how many plans the member has (active or otherwise).
What we need is to be able to see "at a glance" what ACTIVE plans a user has from the backend.

Hello Marc,

I am sorry that I didn't update you this on my previous thread our developers has changed the behavior and the display of users plans from backend.

We did decide to change only the color for the plan at first so admin can easily see which plan still active now. But we realized if the user has a lot of valid/expire plan then it will end up showing a long list of plan in that particular column, which mess up the layout on the user listing page even that is not look good on mobile as well.

This is the reason why we decided to change to display a "view plan" link, so user can easier to view the particular user all the current plan status.

Let me know if you have any other query or correct me if i have misunderstood.
