Hi

I have encountered a small problem when blog posts that are written with the 'template for news' are shared to Facebook.

It shows a code in the writing before or instead of the intro text.

Please take a look at my screenshots

How can this be fixed?

Many thanks
Hey Alex,

Could you post the link to the specific post so that we can check on this please? When you mean share, the user actually clicked on the "Share" button am I correct?

Hi Mark

Here's the link
https://www.multikingdom.com/index.php/en/mainmenu-blog-page-en/template-for-news-4.html

I think it may be because it is has used the template for news.

Normally our bloggers use the blank template but this blogger decided to use the one for news, no problem, but we haven't seen this issue before.

I created a test blog on the development site, which is using the latest easy blog, shared it out and the same code was showing, as you can hopefully see from the screenshots.

Yes to answer your other question, it happens just when you click on the share button.

Thanks

Hi Jasni

Thanks for trying to fix my problem.

However, I do have an issue with you turning off main components of my site though, to get the issue with your software working.

Please do not turn off any main components of my site with out authorization from me.

I really appreciate your efforts to fix the problem but you cannot play around with my site as if it were a test site. As a result of your actions I have had many members today complaining that they cannot access the site, and this is only the ones that actually bother to complain, I am sure there are others who have just left as a result of this error.

Please in the future, do not change anything on my site without prior agreement with me, I understand you are trying to fix a problem, but if all is working for months with no issue and then all of a sudden Easy blog is having issues with my other software, then there is a problem with easy blog, not the other software, as this other software hasn't changed.

In the future, I ask you ad all of the stack ideas team, to think about the site you are manipulating and what effect that has on members that are very hard won.

Thanks

Alex
