Code showing instead of english in the back end

Hi,
for some reason there is code showing in my back end where titles should be. I've made certain the api is in place. I've double checked and have the latest version installed.

Yes, please do. Although you should know I have downloaded and reinstalled at least twice now, hoping it would over write what is there. It did not fix it.

Additionally, the most current blogs from July 2015 are not showing images that were attached to them several times.
