For some reason all code in the code block center aligns. Look all around and can't find a way to make it work correctly.

I've inspect your blog post it seems like your custom css code has overwrite the codeblock to be display center : http://take.ms/ckP9z
Can you remove/comment out the code and the code should be align to the left as default.

Also there aren't many options for the code block like allowing to set size of the box.

Unfortunately, there is no setting for that currently. Perhaps, you can create a new ticket under feature request for this, so our developers can keep track the feature that can be implement in the next release
