Code 500 for page video

Hello,
I have videos pages that display in code 500 in Google Webmaster. (see file)

Do you have an explanation for this problem and how to solve it?

Hello Hazel,

Do you see any of these links generated on the site? Perhaps these are old urls because when I tried viewing these videos, they are generating a different url for the video.
