Hi there,

Your tutorial for setting up a the cronjob on CloudAccess.net is missing (http://docs.stackideas.com/administrators/cronjobs/cloudaccess_cronjobs), could you please describe how to do that? any special instructions?

Many thanks in advance,
Eldad
Hello Eldad,

We wanted to write a documentation for this but unfortunately cloud access does not have an interface for you to setup your cronjob. You will need to do this via SSH. If you want, provide me with your Cloudaccess logins and I will set this up for you

Wow Mark, that it'll be great if you can set the cronjobs (i understand there are at least two crons to set for a live site and we just went live).
Attaching the ssh details, and also a super admin access if you need to change any settings to make it work.

many many thanks for your excellent support, really.
And have a great weekend!

Hello Eldad,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Sure, I have configured the cronjob using your SSH account for Cloud Access

Mark, sorry, just a few short questions in regard to the cronjob:
I should turn off the "Process emails on page" on the ES Admin now, right?
Any other settings to change on the admin?
What is the interval of the cronjob you've set, we need it to send the emails as close to real time as possible of course, and we have a lot of power on our CloudAccess account to support it (their booster pack)?

Thanks,
Eldad

Hello Eldad,

Yep, that is correct. You need to turn that off to save some load time on the page. I have actually configured it to be executed at every 5 seconds
