Hi! Clicking the "Subscribe via RSS" button in the blog toolbar gives HTTP ERROR 500
Can you check what the problem can be?

I am hitting this error when I try to load the rss feeds page:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentFeed::addCustomTag() in /home/shapingtheodds/public_html/plugins/content/rapid1pixelout/rapid1pixelout.php on line 276

I have temporarily disabled the plugin Content - Rapid1Pixelout so you are able to view the rss feeds page now. Can you consult with that plugin provider regarding the error that is reported and see if they can solve that? Thanks.

Hi! The FTP component Extplorer is installed in the administrator area. Can you use this?

Sure we could use that. However, now I couldn't access your site. There's an error that says our IP address is blocked. This is our IP address: 219.92.242.176. Please advice, thanks.

Thanks Andre. Unfortunately, another issue arises. Now I cannot login with the credentials you provided: 'Warning
Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet.' Please advice.

Also, do I have permission to edit/upload files in extplorer without any risk of being blocked?

Hi again. Username is working now. I have also turned off "File Upload Protection" in Jdefender.
