This issue is known as the user migrate from the other component where user did not perform maintenance script and database.

What can I do to eliminate this because there are other posts also where this is happening.
Moreover the two posts you corrected do not show the moderation buttons even if the moderator is logged in.

Regarding the above, I've check again the post 'refusing to relive for deputation' and currently this post is assigned under category 'Labour Laws' and when I check the permission of this category under 'moderation', there is no Joomla group assigned under 'moderate' permisison. Please see attachment.

If the same issue happen again, try to re-save the post and assign the correct category to the post. Re-save the post should fix this issue.
