I have recently installed EasyBlog on my Joomla 1.6.5 based website. I am able to add new posts but when I click on either "comments" or "continue reading", it leads to a blank screen for me.
Please rectify this issue asap.
Hello David,

Thanks! It looks like those errors are actually coming from AceSEF or probably because the memory_limit is not sufficient because I seem to be hitting this error,

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 133 bytes) in /home3/trajan/public_html/ogpnetwork.com/administrator/components/com_acesef/library/cache.php on line 575

Is there any way to increase the php's memory_limit ? Currently it looks like it's being set to 64MB but it would be advisable to have it at 128MB

Hello David,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hello David,

Please set the account with super administrator privilege as I need to turn on debugging mode. Also, the FTP access doesn't work I get a Connection Refused error message.

Where can I change it?
Currently, I am looking for mod_php & .htaccess configuration options. Do you need access to root directory or cpanel?

Hello David,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply as it was pretty late when you last replied last night. You actually need to contact Hostgator to see if they allow you to create a php.ini file to override this.

Thanks Mark, It's working now. I have increased the memory to 256mb (highest possible setting for the account).
