I am not sure which site that you want to apply the temporary fix
Perhaps, can you download the attached file and replace in the:
.../modules/mod_easyblogcustomfieldsearch/tmpl/default_scripts.php
and see how it goes?

You're suggested to backup the file that you want to replace beforehand for precaution
