Clear Captcha on page load

What is the purpose of the Clear Captcha on page load setting in Komento? Does this setting apply when I use ReCaptcha?

I'm guessing the cron job information just above that setting in Komento is to automate the Clear Captcha on page load setting with a cron job instead?
Hello Erik,

This clear captcha is actually clean up the #_komento_captcha table in your database. This doesn't use cronjob. Every time komento is loaded, it will check that particular table for the captcha entry that more than 7days and delete it.
