Hello,

I installed a fresh installation of ES combined with jGive. While the dashboard worked before installing jGive, it has given me redeclaration errors in various files since. I have tried creating if/then statements that only ran the class declarations if they had not already been run and the dashboard worked briefly, then unexpectedly began reporting the same fatal errors a day later. My present redeclaration error is as follows:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SocialUserHelperJoomla in /var/www/donateautism/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/user/helpers/joomla.php on line 23

While it is disabled from the main menu at the moment, the permalink is here.

What could be the solution for this problem?
Hello Jeremy,

May I know which file that you have modified? Can you also provide your FTP access? Please advise.

Hello Jeremy,

Sorry for the late reply. I've tried to revert back the changes you made but I am getting this from FTP:

Server said: Could not create file.
Error -160: could not start data transfer

Can you please revert back the changes. If the revert has solve the issue, means your changes is the cause. We can't fix it because it is considered as customized code which is not supported by us.
