Any effort to pay us results in an error message: Class 'PPR' not found

Its really disappointing.

We use paypal and pay with points and it all worked until we upgraded to 4.x

As you are using older version 4.0.2 (latest version is 4.0.3) is it possible for you to update your payplan to the latest version and see how it goes?

I upgraded payplans and now I can get to the payment page but on entering a credit card number an error message appears saying "This transaction cannot be processed without a Credit Card Verification number. (10748)"

I tried several cards and the error is the same on all. The card verification is being entered and is entered correctly. It is not being recognized by payplans.

Please look at this.

You have given me the worst support. I asked for help. I created a user id/ftp access and your answer was to make a GUESS AND DO NOTHING.

Then after your guess failed I still needed help and still nothing. I asked fir help at 5AM your time. Its now 8PM your time and you have done nothing to help me

I am working on this issue at your site. I tried to connect with ftp details also, but it seems credential are not working. Please update me the correct ftp details.

Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Hey Tom,

I've already helped you to upgrade PayPlans 4.0.4 version at your site.
The issue was card expiry year and date not posting after submitting the form. I've tried again after upgrading payplans at your site now it's submitting the data correctly.
Can you please try to do one more test payment and see how it goes, before that you need to clear your browser cache .

Update we with response if still issue persist.

Ive tried to process payment on two different computers and cleared the cache on both. I even tried incognito but the result was the same

"This transaction cannot be processed without a Credit Card Verification number. (10748)"

I'd be happy to provide some credit card details so you can try a live charge yourself.

Is there a particular css/js file I should manually reload that make make things resolve?

Almost! The charge went thru but the thank you screen was blank with the exception of text saying "Not allowed to view"

It works beautifully when I make the purchase on my account

Making a purchase as a new user ends with the blank screen and text saying "Not allowed to view"

Could my super admin user be getting access a new user can't?
