I noticed recently that "Checking for Updates" in the EasyBlog dashboard was not working. The small wheel keeps spinning but never connects. Komento is working fine with its checking. I thought that when I updated from EB 5.0.36 to 5.0.37 this might be solved but the issue remains.
Can you please take a look at this.
Hello John,

This is actually a known issue and a quick fix for this is for you to edit the file /administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/constants.php and locate the codes below,

define('EBLOG_VERSION_SERVICE', 'http://stackideas.com/updater/manifests/easyblog');

Replace it with,

define('EBLOG_VERSION_SERVICE', 'https://info.stackideas.com/updater/manifests/easyblog');

I have updated this for you and it should work fine now
