When I go to the Easy Blog dashboard, the "Checking For Updates ..." function does not progress or resolve. I am also unable to create a new post. Some of the other functions appear to be available and some not.

Joomla 3.5.1
PHP 5.6.2
Hi Jeff,

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. It seems I am unable to access your back end (please refer this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/GT8twE57iae ). Can you please advise? Did you try to re-install your EasyBlog and see how it goes?

Hi Jeff,

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Can I have a permission to re-install your EasyBlog?

By the way, please remember to assign your domain to your license to obtain for support in the future. You can do so by accessing your license area at http://stackideas.com/dashboard

Hi, Yes re-install is OK to go ahead.

Currently the website is on a temporary domain until finalized prior to launch. Should I attach the license to temporary domain or the final production domain?

Thanks
Jeff

Hi,

I had a re-occurrence of the problem and tried reinstalling it but It doesn't progress past "Initializing Admin Files". We had this problem when we first installed EasyBlog. Allways sticks here no matter what install method I use.

Could you have a look at this again please.

Thanks
