I am installing Komento--I had no issues with any other component--and I am getting 'Checking for a valid license...'

Then nothing. Tried again two more times, and then nothing. The component is showing in administration but gives an error when clicking on it.

Looks like it won't valid date license on your side. Hopefully easy fix.

It appears that there is an error coming from litespeed cache plugin, perhaps due to old version. So I temporarily disabled that plugin and install Komento again. The installation has completed successfully. Can you check again?

Hi GWB,

Have you tried uploading the installer in Joomla extension installer area before trying again? If this still does not work, can you edit the starting post and provide us the back-end and ftp access to the site so we can investigate this and help you install?

I've been using the installer version. I have the FF Explorer component installed. Will that work for access? Going to add sign-in info.
