It seems like your right side message bar override that Conversekit button so you unable to click it.

Can you check my attached screenshot below and see is it you okay with this if make the conversekit icon appear in front of your message box?

1. Icon conversekit: I prefer the icon conversekit in another side, not in the front of my support chat. I think is a little confuse for users.

2. Maybe if the converse kit discussion tab can be open always in community (comunidad) menu, will be fine. The bubble at the right side is conflicting with my support chat.

I already applied some css to display Conversekit icon on left corner page, can you check again is it load okay now?

Yes, that is private when you chat with someone, actually that is similar like Easysocial build-in conversation.
