Hi,

On the Demo site for the Charm template, the image for the template shows a block with a Bio, maybe on the User Profile page.
Is this something that is already within this template?

If you mean whether there are modules created specifically for the charm template, then no.

If you are referring to the 'introduction' section(attached), it is already a part of EasySocial. Is it not showing on your site?

That section is not available. I believe it was a design our designers drafted a long time ago.
