Changing the default "search" text in search form

Hi
i need to change the text "search" on the search form to read "Search for people and things". which code do i edit

attached is the snapshot of what i want
Hi,

You can utilise Joomla's language override feature in backend -> Extensions -> Language Manager -> Overrides and define this string "COM_EASYSOCIAL_TOOLBAR_SEARCH" to any text you want.
