I would like to center the main area and have positions 7 and 6 be on the sides.

Pages Groups Events Videos Audio Photos People Polls Marketplace are hard to read and I would like to increase their contrast. ae made the colors different background colors to easily identify them.
I bought the Elegant template but the are no instructions on how to add a header or make it full screen.
