changing settings in easyblog

good afternoon

I am having difficulty changing the settings in easyblog
when I go into any of the settings from Home I cannot change any of the YES / NO boxes however I can change any of the text entered
I also could not update the auto posting access to Facebook either
currently running V3.9.17809

I suspect that was some where missing the script file or file permission issues. Can I have your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.

It seems like you provided that login credential is not working when i trying to login in your Joomla backend. Please advise.
